Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and providing information about our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Provide information about products and services to potential clients.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct surveys as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets set by the management.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
