Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to support our logistics operations by handling customer interactions, generating leads, and ensuring smooth communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients for lead generation.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
- Provide shipment updates and logistics service information.
- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain daily call records and update CRM/MIS systems.
- Follow up with clients for business conversion and service feedback.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements
- 02 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic understanding of logistics or willingness to learn.
- Comfortable with MS Office and calling tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in logistics / supply chain industry (added advantage)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
