Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Associate Telecaller role based in Ulhasnagar. The Associate Telecaller will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, providing information about products and services, addressing customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining detailed call records and working collaboratively with the sales and customer service teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer queries, complaints, and provide solutions effectively
- Skills in organizing call records and maintaining accurate databases
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
- Fluency in local and regional languages is a plus
- Past experience in telecalling or customer service roles preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
