Job Description

As a Tele Caller - Customer Acquisition, you will engage with pre-generated leads received from digital marketing platforms, channel partners (MFDs/brokers), and offline marketing initiatives. Your goal is to educate prospects about Loan Against Mutual Funds (LAMF) and convert qualified leads into customers.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with inbound leads and explain loan offerings clearly.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Follow up consistently to close leads and meet conversion targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
  • Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-4 years.
  • Education: Any graduate.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (mandatory).
  • Good communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable with phone-based customer interactions.
  • Basic understanding of financial products (training will be provided).
  • Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
