Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident telecaller to support our admissions and counseling process. As the first point of contact for many prospective students, you will play an important role in introducing them to Techpaathshala's programs and guiding them toward the right learning path.

The role involves making outbound calls, explaining course offerings, understanding student requirements, and scheduling counseling sessions with academic counselors. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with people, handling queries, and building trust with potential learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database or CRM system.
  • Introduce and explain Techpaathshala's training programs, course structure, and career benefits.
  • Guide interested students toward the most suitable course or program.
  • Schedule counseling sessions or appointments with the academic counseling team.
  • Follow up regularly with leads who have shown interest in the programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in CRM tools or Google Sheets.
  • Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team to ensure smooth lead handover.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly approach while communicating with prospective students.

Skills & Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer service, or a similar role (EdTech experience preferred).
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (a regional language is an added advantage).
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented mindset.
  • Good listening skills and the ability to understand student needs.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, or lead management systems.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn about EdTech programs and career opportunities.
