Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Ahmedabad. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to convey product and service information, handling inquiries, and addressing customer queries. The role involves maintaining a customer database, achieving assigned targets, and providing excellent customer service through effective communication.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Persuasive Speaking and Negotiation Abilities
- Basic Computer Skills, including familiarity with CRM tools
- Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively
- High level of patience, persistence, and a customer-centric approach
- Previous experience in telecalling or a similar customer service role is a plus
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent
