Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based at Rajendra Place for a Telecaller at Dealz Management Technologies. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with debtors, negotiating payment settlements, and maintaining records of interactions in order to recover outstanding dues. The role also involves addressing customer queries, understanding financial products, and conveying all necessary information to ensure effective communication and debt repayment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in making outbound calls and handling customer queries
• Negotiation and persuasion skills, alongside the ability to empathize with customers
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for record-keeping and follow-ups
• Problem-solving abilities and a professional approach to handle sensitive situations
• Proficiency in relevant CRM software and basic computer applications
• Fluency in Hindi; additional languages are a plus
• Prior experience in debt collection or customer service is advantageous
• Minimum qualification: High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
