Job Description
Evonic is looking for a dedicated and experienced Telecaller to join our on-site team at Pandua, West Bengal. The role focuses on customer communication, lead follow-ups, and supporting the sales process through effective phone conversations.
The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with customers, capable of handling enquiries, and skilled at maintaining structured call records. This is a full-time, on-site position and requires prior telecalling experience.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and inbound calls to customers and prospects
Follow up on leads generated through website enquiries, walk-ins, and campaigns
Explain product details clearly and handle basic customer queries
Maintain accurate call records and update lead status regularly
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
Meet daily call targets and performance benchmarks
Required Skills & Experience
23 years of telecalling or customer calling experience
Strong communication skills in Bengali and Hindi (English is an advantage)
Ability to handle objections and maintain professional call etiquette
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or call logs
Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-driven
