Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Telecaller cum Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, following up with customers, resolving basic queries, and providing day-to-day support to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
We are working on
two mobile applications – Ahir Matrimonial and Patidar Matrimonial. The role involves connecting with users, understanding their concerns, resolving issues, and explaining how to use the applications effectively. Most of the communication will be in the
Gujarati language.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Follow up with customer regarding inquiries, services, and updates.
- Explain company services and provide required information to customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Respond to customer queries through Calls, Emails, or WhatsApp messages.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and support.
- Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and guidance.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare daily reports and update customer databases.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
- Gujarati language knowledge is mandatory.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in handling customer communication will be preferred.
- Female candidates only.
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per Month
