Job Description


Core Responsibilities

  • Drive a 10% customer walk-in rate per month, leveraging 3,0004,000 leads across Plyneer's locations.

  • Engage with customers at Head Office, Warehouse, and IBO outlets, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.

  • Educate walk-in customers about Plyneer's products (Plywood, Laminates, MDF, Veneers) and assist in identifying the right solutions.

  • Capture and update customer details, inquiries, and interactions in Zoho CRM.

  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth conversion of walk-ins into sales.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to drive targeted campaigns that boost walk-ins.

    Performance & Incentives

    • Monthly Target: Achieve a 10% customer walk-in rate per month (based on city/outlet lead allocation) to qualify for the base salary.

    • Incentive: 0.25% commission on every walk-in converted into a sale.

    • Recognition & Growth: Additional rewards for exceeding walk-in and conversion targets, with a clear progression path into Sales Executive / Sales Manager roles.

    Candidate Requirements

    • Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (any discipline).

    • Experience: 02 years in Customer Relationship / Sales / Marketing (Freshers welcome).

    • Flexibility: Willing to work across multiple outlets and interact with diverse customer profiles.

    • Customer Handling: Ability to engage and guide walk-in customers effectively.

    • Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office & digital communication tools.
