Job Title: BPO Telecaller

Location:HSR Layout- Bangalore

Shift: Day

Experience: Fresher to 3 Years

Qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident BPO Telecallers to handle outbound and/or inbound calls, provide accurate information to customers, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers or attend inbound calls
  • Explain company products/services clearly to customers
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and follow-ups
  • Maintain call quality and meet daily/weekly call targets
  • Update customer details and call records accurately in the system
  • Follow company scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines
  • Escalate issues to the concerned team when required

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication skills (English / Hindi / regional language)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle pressure and targets
  • Good listening and convincing skills
  • Customer-focused attitude

Preferred Skills

  • Prior BPO or telecalling experience
  • Experience in sales/support process
