Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Gurugram. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and provide information about services to potential and existing clients. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating lead and customer information in CRM or spreadsheets, and following up with prospects to schedule appointments or demos for the sales team. The role also involves understanding client needs, addressing basic queries, and routing complex questions to the appropriate team members. The Telecaller will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, share feedback from conversations, and help improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear articulation skills in English and Hindi.
- Proven ability in customer interaction, telecalling, or telesales, preferably in a digital marketing or service-based environment.
- Comfort using basic computer tools, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and call management software.
- Skills in lead qualification, basic objection handling, and appointment setting.
- Ability to follow scripts and processes while personalizing conversations based on customer needs.
- Strong time management, organization, and record-keeping skills to handle high call volumes efficiently.
- Positive, professional phone etiquette and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to learn about digital marketing services and industry terminology.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in call centers, inside sales, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated applicants.
