We are seeking a dynamic Telecaller to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for outbound calls and sales conversions.
• Provide feedback on customer responses to improve product offerings and services.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada or English and Telugu..
• Plus two or any graduates can apply
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of telemarketing and sales principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
