Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Sadar. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to engage potential clients, explain real estate offerings, and schedule site visits or follow-up meetings. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs and lead records, updating the CRM or tracking tools, and sharing timely feedback with the sales team. The role also involves answering customer queries, providing accurate property information, and ensuring a professional and courteous communication experience. The Telecaller will collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to support conversion of leads into successful transactions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and active listening skills, with clear and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections, and manage high call volumes efficiently.
- Comfort using basic computer applications, CRM tools, and maintaining accurate call and lead records.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities and a positive, target-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer service, or real estate is an advantage.
- Minimum high school/secondary education; a diploma or bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Sadar and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
