Responsibilities
- Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to provide information about products and services offered by AH Industries Pvt. Ltd.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and convert them into customers, contributing to the growth and success of AH Industries Pvt. Ltd.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter customer details and interactions into the CRM system to maintain up-to-date records.
- Follow-Up: Perform follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback on their experience with AH Industries Pvt. Ltd.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's products and services to provide accurate information and address customer queries.
- Sales Support: Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting offers and special promotions to customers.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum of 12th Standard / PUC or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 0 - 2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service; freshers are encouraged to apply.
