Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Telecallers and Sales Counsellors at our Gurugram location. The role involves engaging with clients through calls to promote services, addressing queries to ensure customer satisfaction, and providing tailored recommendations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer records, following up on inquiries, and supporting the sales team in reaching organizational targets. Successful candidates will also assist in creating a positive experience for new and existing customers.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Sales and Customer Satisfaction expertise for achieving targets and fostering positive client relationships.
• Organizational skills to manage customer records, follow-ups, and service pipelines efficiently.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM software is preferred.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles or sales is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is desirable.
