You will be responsible for connecting with students and parents who are planning for abroad education and driving walk-ins to the offices. As a Telecaller at Edification Overseas, your key responsibilities will include:
- Calling and connecting with students/parents interested in abroad education.
- Confidently explaining the services, programs, and processes over the phone.
- Scheduling appointments and encouraging visits to Ahmedabad.
- Updating and managing leads in the CRM system.
- Following up with interested leads and assisting in lead conversion.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent spoken communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Previous experience in EdTech or Abroad Education will be advantageous.
- Goal-oriented, polite, and persistent attitude.
