Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller based in Coimbatore. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with customers via phone, explaining the company's services and products. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, coordinating sales leads, documenting customer details into relevant databases accurately, and following up on leads to ensure excellent customer service. Providing prompt resolutions and contributing to the business development efforts are also key responsibilities of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and people-handling skills
• Effective persuasion, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting information with attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in customer service, telecalling, or a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is advantageous but not mandatory
