Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer feedback and issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools.
  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
