Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer feedback and issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools.
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
