Tele Sales - Team Leader / Manager (Business Loan / Unsecured Loan)

We are looking for dynamic professionals with strong experience in Business Loans / Unsecured Loans Telesales to lead high-performing sales teams and drive loan disbursement growth.

Experience: 4 to 5 Yrs

Designation: Team Leader / Manager Tele Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple Team Leaders and telesales teams to achieve monthly business targets

Monitor CRM pipeline and lead conversion

Drive outbound calling productivity and team performance

Coordinate with Lender SPOCs to resolve case-level issues and ensure smooth disbursals

Manage team attendance, motivation, performance feedback, and hiring

Prepare and track daily MIS and sales performance reports

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of experience as SM / ASM in Business Loans Telesales

Strong outbound calling environment exposure

Candidates who have grown from Caller Team Leader Manager preferred

Strong leadership and team management skills

Compensation: 5 Lakhs to 8 Lakhs
