Role Overview
We are looking for confident and driven Tele Sales Executives who can handle inbound inquiries, engage guests over calls and WhatsApp, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
This is a target-oriented role for individuals who enjoy conversations, persuasion, and closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries
- Understand guest requirements (dates, group size, occasion, budget)
- Recommend suitable villas from our portfolio
- Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into bookings
- Maintain daily lead updates and booking records in CRM
- Coordinate with operations for confirmations and special requests
Ideal Candidate
- Strong spoken communication skills
- Confident and persuasive on calls
- Sales-driven mindset with ability to close
- Comfortable handling multiple leads daily
- Organized and disciplined with follow-ups
Eligibility
- 03 years experience in sales / telecalling / hospitality / customer service
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- Willingness to work weekends (rotational off)
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM is a plus
