Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Sales Officer & Relationship Manager based in Hyderabad. The individual will be responsible for daily tasks such as lead generation, engaging prospective students and parents via calls, managing customer relationships, and facilitating education finance solutions. This role also involves working collaboratively with channel sales teams, attending to client queries with exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth experience throughout the loan application and disbursement process.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Relationship Management to provide assistance and guidance to clients effectively
  • Proven experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to generate new leads and manage sales pipelines efficiently
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and partners
  • Knowledge in Channel Sales to build and manage distribution partnerships
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities to manage high volumes of client interactions
  • Prior experience in the finance or education sector is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other CRM tools is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
