Role Description

The Telesales Manager will oversee and lead a team of telesales executives to meet and exceed sales goals, while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, training and motivating the team, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and improve sales processes. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai.

Qualifications
  • Sales and leadership skills, with experience in managing telesales teams and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively oversee team performance
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking software
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to optimize sales processes
  • Ability to motivate and mentor team members to achieve individual and team objectives
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the financial services sector is a plus
