Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele-Sales Executive, based in Jaipur. The Tele-Sales Executive will undertake key responsibilities, including engaging with potential and existing customers, effectively communicating the value of services offered, and identifying sales opportunities. The role involves planning and executing sales calls, handling customer inquiries, providing support where needed, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will also assist in training customers and promoting added services to enhance their e-commerce success.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support abilities
  • Excellent Communication skills for clear and effective interaction with customers
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques and lead conversion
  • Experience in conducting Training sessions or workshops to guide clients professionally
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, along with knowledge of local languages
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in e-commerce sales or working with SMEs is an advantage
