Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Tele Sales professionals to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in sales and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and explain product offerings.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
