Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Tele Sales Executives located in Ernakulam. The responsibilities include reaching out to potential customers through phone calls, understanding client needs, promoting products, and assisting clients in selecting appropriate steel door solutions. Tele Sales Executives will maintain client databases, build relationships, follow up on leads, and meet sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively over the phone
- Experience in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management
- Proficiency in documenting and updating client information accurately in CRM systems
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of steel doors, construction materials, or interior design is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is an advantage
- Fluency in multiple languages will be considered an asset
