Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging with potential clients, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Day-to-day tasks will include making outbound calls, maintaining a database of leads, conducting follow-ups, and collaborating with the broader sales team to meet organizational sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and qualify potential clients
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Sales skills with a proven ability to convert leads into successful deals
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and meet targets
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
