Job Overview

As a Tele Sales Executive at MProcure, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients (Builders, Developers, and Construction Material Suppliers). Your primary mission is to introduce them to MProcure's AI-powered procurement software, qualify leads, and schedule demos for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential B2B clients (Builders/Contractors/Vendors) through cold calling and follow-ups from digital campaigns.
  • Product Evangelism: Clearly explain the benefits of MProcure's solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline: Qualify leads and transition them to the field sales or technical team for software demonstrations.
  • CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all calls, feedback, and customer information in the CRM database.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience: 03 years in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development (Experience in SaaS, Real Estate, or B2B Construction is a huge plus).
    • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication in English, Hindi and Marathi.
    • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and explaining digital software concepts to Prospects.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
