Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic Tele Sales Executive (Malayalam) to join our remote sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, introducing NodDesk's services, understanding customer requirements, and presenting the right solutions. The role includes:

  • Connecting with leads via phone and maintaining positive relationships
  • Identifying customer needs and explaining services effectively
  • Following up and managing clients throughout the sales cycle
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and reports
  • Meeting weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs

Building trust-based communication and long-term customer relationships will be crucial to success in this role.

Salary

Incentive-based salary

Earnings increase based on performance and conversions.

Experienced sales professionals are highly preferred (higher earning potential based on performance).

Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam, with professional proficiency in English
  • Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Positive attitude and relationship-building ability
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, telecalling platforms, and general computer use is preferred
  • Prior experience in Sales / Customer Service / Tele-Sales will be an advantage
