Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience to join our growing team at GFE, located in Sector 89 Faridabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling.
  • Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries from existing and prospective customers.
  • Maintain client records and follow up regularly to ensure repeat business.
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Participate in promotional activities and industry events as needed.
  • Provide accurate feedback and support to the sales team and management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, client handling, or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English and Hindi.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
