Job Description

TELE SALES EXECUTIVE

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to existing and new customers to sell FMCG product lines.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, prices, and availability.
  • Process and follow up on the customer orders accurately.
  • Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the accounts team if necessary.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by management.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery processes.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in the same industry.
  • Degree or diploma in marketing, business, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
