- Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Voice Process
- Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English (Mandatory)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
