As aTele Sales ExecutiveatEaseMyTrip.com, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over calls, understanding their travel needs, and converting inquiries into successful bookings. This role demands strong communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and the ability to offer travel solutions in real-time. You will play a key role in driving revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction by promoting flight, hotel, holiday, and other travel services offered by EaseMyTrip.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound & Outbound Calling:Make outbound calls to potential customers and attend inbound inquiries to understand their travel requirements and convert them into bookings.
- Travel Product Promotion:Promote flight tickets, hotel bookings, holiday packages, bus/train tickets, and other travel-related services offered by EaseMyTrip.
- Lead Conversion:Follow up with leads, explain product offerings, and close sales by assisting customers in selecting the best available travel options.
- Customer Interaction:Maintain a professional and courteous tone while communicating with customers, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Understanding Customer Needs:Assess customer preferences, travel budgets, and destinations to offer personalized travel recommendations.
- Daily Reporting & CRM Updates:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, bookings, and updates in CRM systems.
- Target Achievement:Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling:Identify opportunities to upsell add-ons like travel insurance, seat selection, meals, etc., and cross-sell other travel services.
- Issue Resolution:Handle customer queries, complaints, or post-sale concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:Coordinate with customer service, operations, and backend support to ensure smooth booking and service fulfillment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience:Freshersand candidates with up to 3 years of experience in tele sales, customer service, or BPO/voice process preferably in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce sectors.
- Educational Qualification:Graduate in any discipline. A diploma in travel or tourism is an added advantage.
- Communication Skills:Excellent verbal communication skills inHindi and English. Knowledge of additional regional languages (e.g., Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi) is a plus.
- Sales Skills:Strong persuasive skills with a target-oriented approach and ability to close sales effectively.
- Customer Focus:Passionate about customer satisfaction and able to handle objections or concerns professionally.
- Tech-Savvy:Comfortable using CRM software, travel booking platforms, and MS Office tools.
- Multitasking Ability:Able to manage multiple leads and calls in a fast-paced work environment.
