Tele Sales Executive - Dadar W for Wellness Clinic

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our Wellness Clinic located in Dadar, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in the wellness or healthcare sector. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our wellness services, and achieving sales targets. Work from office

Shfit timings: 10am to 8pm

Monday off

Salary: 15 - 20k

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote wellness services and products.
• Maintain and update customer database with accurate information and follow up on leads.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the clinic.
• Provide information on wellness programs, services, and pricing to prospective clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role, preferably within the wellness or healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in Marathi is a plus.
• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients over the phone.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
