Tele Sales Executive

Location: Bangalore, Mumbai

Conneqt Digital is seeking a dynamic Tele Sales Executive to promote TTL Enterprise products to SME and Mid-Market customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a drive to achieve sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to promote TTL Enterprise products and services.
• Identify customer requirements and provide relevant product or service information.
• Convert qualified leads into appointments or hot leads for the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales partners to ensure seamless coordination and follow-up until the order is closed or marked as dropped.
• Capture and report the Voice of Customer (VOC) to improve product/service delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional telephone etiquette.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational: 100% Graduates (preferably B.E., B.Tech, BCA, Tech Diploma, etc.).

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in outbound sales.

Skills:

• Strong convincing and problem-solving abilities.
• Empathetic and customer-centric approach.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Process-oriented and keen to learn.
