Tele Sales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram for the role of Tele Sales Executive. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will connect with prospective students and parents through inbound and outbound calls, provide them with information about various educational programs offered by colleges, and guide them in making informed decisions. You will maintain records of calls and follow-ups, meet monthly sales targets, and contribute to achieving the overall goals of the team.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and experience handling inbound/outbound calls.
• Ability to manage time efficiently, work collaboratively in a team, and meet sales targets within deadlines.
• Knowledge of the education sector and familiarity with college admission processes is preferred.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, telecommunication tools, and basic computer skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
• Graduate in any discipline, with prior experience in sales or customer service being an advantage.
