Tele-Sales Executive - B2B

Job Type: Permanent, Full time

Hiring at: Noida Sector-16, India Office

Role Description

The incumbent is responsible for daily outreach to potential and existing customers, generating leads, following up on inquiries, and addressing customer questions about products. The role involves meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer support, and building rapport with clients to ensure a positive customer experience and sale.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
  • Ability to handle customer queries effectively and professionally
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
  • Previous experience in a Tele-Sales or related role is advantageous, Freshers can also apply
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and familiarity with basic computer applications

Good to have:

  • Familiarity with sales of rice, tea & tea products, herbal teas.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
