Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tele Sales Executive role based in Tirumalgiri. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through phone calls, introducing the company's real estate projects, and addressing customer queries to build and maintain client relationships. Additional tasks include meeting sales targets, following up on leads, and generating new leads through referrals and cold calling. The role also involves maintaining updated records of interactions, providing project guidance to clients, and contributing to marketing campaigns.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in communication, persuasion, and active listening skills to effectively engage with potential clients.
  • Understanding of sales strategies and lead generation, including cold calling and follow-up techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate market trends, customer preferences, and documentation processes.
  • Strong skills in relationship management and maintaining client records.
  • Ability to meet sales targets, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle objections professionally.
  • Prior experience in tele sales, customer service, or real estate is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
