Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls to prospective clients to introduce real estate properties and offerings.
  • Provide accurate information about property features, amenities, pricing, and availability.
  • Follow up with leads in a timely manner to nurture relationships and warm-up old leads.
  • Schedule site visits and guide prospects through property demonstrations.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, and client information in the CRM system (Salesforce) as per SOPs.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly sales targets, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion and support business development initiatives.
