Preferred: Candidates with Domestic Insurance experience and sales acumen

Skill Set Required:

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

No MTI / RTI

Strong grammar and pronunciation

Salary:

Freshers: 24,000 CTC (Approx. 19,000 In-hand)

Experienced: Up to 31,000 CTC (Based on last drawn salary)

Shift Details:

Rotational Week off

Female Candidates: Day Shift (9:00 AM till 8 PM - 9 Hours shift. )

Male Candidates: Day Shift (9:00 AM till 9 PM - 9 Hours shift. )

6 Days Working

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries related to Health, Motor & Life Insurance products

Provide appropriate solutions and ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain strong customer relationships

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues

Ensure proper documentation and follow-ups
