Job Role

• Obtaining and updating list of contact details of the clients.
• Local calling to customers and pitching them about the latest product offerings.
• Calling active clients to encourage them to take up new facilities and products.
• Addressing client's uncertainties, grievances and suggestions on time.
• Communicating requests and acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.
• Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sale.
• Keep up quality service by adhering to organizational guidelines.
• To be updated about the latest product offerings and offers.

Job Requirement

• Good Communication skills
• Courteous and polite with customer service orientation
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
