Key Responsibilities
Contacting potential customers from provided databases to introduce the company's auction services, explain the auction process, and inform them about available vehicles and upcoming promotions.
Answering phone calls, emails, and online chats from prospective and existing customers, providing detailed information, and addressing concerns promptly.
Maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Following up on initial contacts and building a pipeline of prospective leads.
Completing call logs and call reports as necessary and updating them in the database.
