The Tele Manager will be responsible for overseeing the telemarketing operations of the team, ensuring effective communication and strategy implementation to drive sales and enhance customer engagement in Life insurance Industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee tele calling Team in selling Life Insurance investment products.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
  • Train and mentor telemarketing team members
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for management
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and market conditions
