Tele/Internal Sales Executive

We are seeking a Tele/Internal Sales Executive with an engineering background and experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance. The candidate will handle technical telephonic sales and provide service support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle technical sales calls and provide product/service information to customers.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and service queries.
• Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Support sales operations and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications:

• Engineering background (Electrical/Mechanical preferred).
• Some experience in electrical/mechanical maintenance.
• Willingness to work in technical telephonic sales/service.
