We are hiring for Tele-Counselor (Fresher / Experienced)

Location: Vaishali Nagar (Work From Office)

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: 6 Days per Week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for confident and result-oriented Tele Counselors to manage student inquiries and guide them through our courses and services. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information, and converting leads into enrollments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective students
• Explain courses, programs, and services in detail
• Provide accurate information and resolve student queries
• Follow up on leads and maintain proper records
• Convert inquiries into admissions

Eligibility Criteria:

• Good communication skills in English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
• Prior experience in Tele Calling / Academic Counseling / EdTech Sales is an advantage

Salary Structure:

• Freshers: 15,000 17,000 per month + Incentives
• Experienced Candidates: Up to 25,000 per month + Incentives

Age Criteria: 35 Maximum

Educational Qualification: Graduation
