We are seeking a Tele Counselor to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are passionate about helping others and possess excellent communication skills. The Tele Counselor will be responsible for providing telephonic counseling to clients, assisting them in their personal and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic counseling sessions with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for clients based on their requirements.
- Provide information about available resources and services to clients.
- Assist clients in setting goals and achieving their personal and professional aspirations.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve client satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Basic understanding of mental health issues and counseling techniques.
- Proficient in using computer applications and telecommunication tools.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred.
