Role Description

The Tele-counselor at ICA Edu Skills will engage with potential students and course enrollees to provide information about educational programs, answer inquiries, and guide them in choosing the right career-oriented training courses. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, addressing queries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a positive experience during the counseling process. The candidate will also coordinate with other departments to support admissions and follow up on leads. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills to effectively counsel and guide potential students
  • Strong sales experiences background of tele counselling is must .
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and present information professionally and persuasively
  • Organizational and time management skills to maintain detailed records and ensure follow-ups
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, counseling, or customer service is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and fostering positive relationships
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in counseling, education, or related fields preferred
