We are seeking a skilled Tele Counsellor to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in counselling and communication, providing support to clients through telephonic sessions. This role requires an understanding of mental health issues and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic counselling sessions with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate guidance.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective counselling strategies.

- Follow up with clients to ensure they are receiving the help they need.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in tele counselling or a similar role.
