Tele-Counsellor

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. The Tele-Counsellor will engage with students and parents to provide personalized guidance regarding studying abroad opportunities, including suitable programs, institutions, and career pathways. Responsibilities include addressing queries, offering advice on test preparation, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service and assisting students in achieving their educational aspirations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including speaking, active listening, and explanation of complex information
• Experience in student counseling, advisory services, or career guidance
• Basic proficiency in administrative tasks including record-keeping and client management
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of study abroad destinations, international education systems, and admission processes (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Education, Communication, or a related field
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
